Comprehensive Financial Planning
Our financial planning process involves about six different steps. Each completed initially and some on an ongoing basis (5 and 6) as your requirements are defined.
#1 - Introduction (30 min free initial call/mtg)
- Educate Client on different types of financial advisory services 
- Review Terms/Fees of working with a fee-based Investment Advisor 
- Disclose/review any conflicts of interest 
- Review/discuss scope of financial planning or investment management 
- Identify your necessity for services and confirm if expertise is a good match 
#2 - Discovery
- Sit down together and have you share about your journey in-depth and financial landscape 
- Ask you a range of questions around family, finances, work, legacy and goals/issues/risks 
- Identify your priorities in a financial plan and investment strategy 
- Revisit key issues or risks, quantitative and qualitative requirements and goals, timeline 
- Collaborate with you and your other key advisors (estate, tax, legal, management, etc) 
#3 - Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop plan draft and gather additional input from client 
- Advisor reviews proposed financial plan and investment strategy recommendations with you 
- You provide additional feedback and clarification to confirm or adjust details in the plan 
- Assess feasibility to achieve and navigate your goals, resolve issues, and mitigate risks 
#4 - Mutual Agreement & Implementation
- Review plan details together, answer any questions, adjust as needed 
- Agree on approach and willingness to proceed to plan as outlined 
- Execute plan implementation 
#5 - Quarterly or BI-ANNUAL Followup
- Followup to review progress and make plan adjustments as needed 
- Provide ongoing monitoring and maintenance of investment accounts 
- We provide ongoing market analysis, commentary and insight 
#6 - Ongoing Progress Meetings
- Follow up with you to review progress and make plan adjustments as needed
